Of FORWARDING
SUBSTAL
with selected the Colissimo Follow-up for the forwarding of your
order:
We
deliver in Metropolitan France, DOM and TOM, like in fifteen European
countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy
(Sardinia, Sicily), Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands), Austria,
Denmark, Ireland, Portugal (The Azores, Madeira), Finland, Norway, Sweden,
Switzerland.
You
will be delivered in Colissimo Suivi France or DOM or Europe
- Delivery
of J+2 (France)* with
J+10 according to the destination, as from the forwarding of your Parcel
(wrought days not included/understood)
- Handing-over
of the parcel against your signature
Delivery
period of the Post office for Fance: Generally 48h00.
Problems
of delivery
You must check the goods at the time of the delivery, before signing the
delivery order and indicating on this last and in the form of handwritten
reserves, accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery:
packing of origin abimé, torn, opened and to refuse the parcel if need
be.
These reserves will have to be announced in the 24 hours in Substal Intl
- the PALATIUM - 126, Juvenal dead end - 30900 NIMES FRANCE, by mall,
fax or telephone.
Not received parcels
You have a 7 days deadline after the date of cashing of your order
to announce us any problem of reception of your parcel. Beyond this time,
any complaint will be regarded as nonadmissible.
