This victory is very encouraging for the remainder of the season. The AC orange is highly motivated to show this year by the colors SUBSTAL in the peloton.
The entraiment winter was harsh with an outflow of different intensities, different endurance and resistance. In short, a very specific work from 1 h1 / 2 to 6 hours of training per day.

That is several months that collaboration between Substal and Avenir Cycliste Orangeois exists.
